I own technical direction and still write code. What I care about most is what makes data useful: pipelines that hold up in production, dashboards people trust and AI features that explain what the numbers mean.

What I do as a lead developer

Owning technical direction

Scoping projects, making architecture decisions and keeping the codebase in a shape the whole team can work in. I led stack migrations from Elastic to BigQuery, Express.js to NestJS to Next.js, GitLab to GitHub and Prefect to Dataform.

Data people can use

Nine full-stack data-visualization applications for French OPCOs, fed by APIs, scrapers and spreadsheets. They give teams the insight to decide on employment and training.

Fast and observable

Layered caching with Redis and BigQuery, plus Sentry and monitoring to track latency, errors and server load. Less waiting for users and a smaller cloud bill.

AI where it helps

A Vertex AI assistant that summarises dashboard pages for end users: KPIs, charts, trends and projections, in plain language.

  1. Senior Lead Developer at KYU Associés

    • Designed, built and maintained 9 full-stack data-visualization applications for French OPCOs.
    • Built ingestion workflows from APIs, Python scrapers and Excel files, stored in Elastic, MongoDB and BigQuery.
    • Handled authentication and authorization: SSO with Auth0, AWS Cognito, SAML and ADFS, plus session and token-based access.
    • Built and deployed machine learning models on large datasets, such as forecasting hiring trends per sector with ARIMAX and Vertex AI.
    • Cut response times and cloud costs with Redis and BigQuery query caching, and tracked performance with Sentry.
    • Designed a Vertex AI assistant that summarises dashboard pages.

    • Built an article discovery engine: scraping, NLP preprocessing, data validation and multi-label classification to build a clean corpus at scale.
    • Used topic modeling and exploratory analysis to surface themes across thousands of articles and power a hybrid recommender system.
    • Shipped it as a production-ready system: React front end, Flask REST API and Docker.
    • Designed an e-reputation monitoring system that harvests feedback automatically and shows sentiment in a real-time React dashboard.

    • Wrote Python scripts that retrieve logs from set-top decoders connected to a Raspberry Pi 3 and set up the communication between them.
